Offering free Wi-Fi, free breakfast and lovely views over the Bay of Islands, At the Beach B & B is located next to a secluded sandy beach between Te Haumi Bay and Sullivans Beach. Guests enjoy private beach access, free bicycle rental and a sunny garden BBQ area.
At the Beach Paihia is a 15-minute walk along the beach to the centre of Paihia. Paihia Wharf, for ferries to Russell and the Bay of Islands, is a 3-minute drive, and Waitangi and Opua Marina are each a 5-minute drive away.
Both rooms have a refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. Each room has electric blankets and a bathroom with a hairdryer.
Breakfasts include free-range eggs, cage-free bacon, homemade preserves, local honey and Fair Trade beverages, served either in the breakfast room overlooking the bay, or in the guest’s own room. There are also a number of restaurants within a 10-minute walk.
The property can book cruises, sailing trips and tours to the Bay of Islands and the Far North. Guests are welcome to ask for sightseeing advice at the front desk.
